Participants:
The EU Castle Collective; brought to you through my Capetian Dynasty heredity, The Vaux Kingdom of France:
---------
Castle Surnamed Descendants: Meaning the Chateau, Castle or Palace name is:
either your current last name or one of your ancestors last names (surname). Min. of 3 French Castle letters.
If you're of non-blood lined descent* and the Chateau name is your current last name, and has also been the last name of your ancestors for several generations, then you are also included. (*includes persons from African descent, with European surnames.)
---------
Non-Castle Surnamed Persons;
The Castle Hotels that are completed, by the Collective will not all be exclusive, therefore if you are not on the Chateau list with an ancient Castle surname from France... you can still stay in one of our completed accommodations, from Tipee camping to 5 star, or visit a castle with a museum.

The Castle Facet Names of France:
The facet list below represents grouped castle surnames, with shorter derivatives.
Facet Letters
The letters are usually only 3 letters; either starting, centering or ending the original Castle name. For Example, for Therese, The Queen's of France's, Facet Groups are: Vau, Fon, Guy, Roc, Ber, Ang, Sei, Van, Fau, Ave, Bar, Bour, Bel, Bri, Cas, Cha, Cor, Com, Cou, Fer, Ger, Lor, Lou, Mah, Mer, Mey, Mont, Mou, Roh, Sav, Tour, Trè, Val, Ver, Vas, Yèv
Each facet group listed below, hopefully will each have at least 10 Castles.
The larger the grouping of these inherited Castles from our Facet keeping ancestors, the more persons interested to participate in this exciting historical rebuild adventure.
An adventure, that will hopefully bring many of you to Europe, to experience life a little differently, as Castle Builders, even start a Collective Business, be part of European networking, etc, with our combined topic of restoring "Castles" from the middle ages, in mind. All the while, as profit shares increase, looking toward increases in the Collectives Savings Fund, each year, that holds long-term retirement shares, similar to an Ira.

Basic Facet Rules
Vowel endings such as Y or I or E are the same, if they are pronounced equally.Phonetic sounding inclusions: Beau or Vaux, from ancient names, are as close as the same to be in one group, as well as other fun interesting possibles; The Beaux (Baux) group having boats with a flat bottom and the Vaux group having boats requiring a deeper keel.
Multiple Facet Names:
If you have several castle surnames such as Roche and Guyon:Then you can participate in the Roc group and the Guy group for any local business decisions for the group.
Such as, upgrading any Roc Chateau to another star hotel, a three star to a 4 star, or not.
Double Facet Names:
If a castle has 2 names, well, then it usually goes into the first facet group.Such as; the Roche-Guyon chateau, it ends up in the Roc group. However, the "Guy" group can also participate in local business decisions for the Roc-Guy castle in question, but not all of the Roc castles, unless they are a Roc surname also.
The Averaged Facet Shares:
Facet share yearly profits, are to be issued, on across the scale averages, for "all of the Castles", for that particular country*. Therefore, double facet name holders are treated the same as single facet name holders. (*France, initially)Facet List
Relax! in your French surnamed Excitements:This list does not include all Chateaus, and ruined Chateaus. However, it is enough to begin with. In time, I intend to also include, aside from our dear France, and a few other countries.
Facet List Grouping
The list will be condensed a little further, to simplify the bookkeeping and keep with approx. a 10 castle min. per facet. The main Chateau* database, sorted by cantons and regions. (*not all are listed.).... xlsx or google sheet.
The Baronnee Facet Names
If you don't qualify in the Castle name categories.Try the Regional Facet Names, on the second list and if you're named after a Region of France, such as "Vau", in "Vaucluse"... You're invited to be a voting participant, toward any major Castle decisions in your region, regardless of the Castles Facet Surname:
Similar to a Baronies voting powers of the past. However, a limit will be placed on the number of Barons and Baronesses, so that the original Facet Castle surname holders still are able to keep at least 50% of the vote.
In Halt-Vote decisionals, (50-50 stalemates), well, votes from 2 other facets in the region get to be the deciding vote.
